Wing of Madness(Excerpt) Wing of Madness Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to disseminating information about depression to consumers. The site was created in November of 1995 to help other people identify their depression, or that of someone close to them, and to urge them to seek treatment. Due largely to visitor feedback, the site has evolved into a community including message boards, chat and other community features. It was the first site on the Web to talk about children and depression, and the first to discuss women and depression extensively. It was the first site to talk about what depression really feels like, and how it affects your life. |

Will I Go Crazy(Excerpt) The Short Answer No. That "going crazy" stuff is a myth. How "crazy" you are varies from minute to minute, depending on:
We all feel or act "crazy" sometimes. One day I act "crazier" than you act. The next day you feel "crazier" than I feel. "Craziness" is programmed into the human mind -- for a reason. "Crazy" behavior is often the best way of adapting to this crazy world. I think I'll go crazy right now. Want to come along?
