Recovery-Inc.

Recovery, Inc. is a self-help mental health program based on the work of Abraham A. Low, M.D. We are non-profit, non-sectarian and completely member managed. Recovery, Inc. offers its members a free method to regain and maintain their mental health. Our members include people diagnosed with mood disorders including depression, dysthymia and bipolar (manic-depressive) disorders; psychotic disorders including schizophrenia; anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders; and personality disorders. Our members also include people who have not been diagnosed, but who are having difficulty dealing with the problems of everyday life.

Our program is designed to work in conjunction with professional mental health services. Many people in our group also belong to 12-step programs such as A.A.; Recovery, Inc. is not affiliated with any religion or belief system, and Recovery, Inc. is operated entirely by non-professionals. In the Rochester area, Recovery-Inc has meetings in the following locations:
